Another IRS Training Video Based With A “Madmen” Theme from 2012

It was discovered today that the IRS spent $60,000 on a parody video of Star Trek, even as we’re threatened with anarchy and absolute social breakdown through the sequester (which is about 1% cut in actual spending).

Also on the internet is this video where ostensibly an actor was paid to record introductions to IRS training for 2012:

 

The actor ends each segment by handing it over to Leslye Baronich. the Director of Field Assistance for the IRS.

While not nearly as elaborate as the “Star Trek” parody, which you can see here, are these expenditures really necessary when we’re told that airplanes will fall out of the sky and criminal illegal aliens are being let out of detention centers?
