A World Historical BILL

This comes inspired from my favorite conservative talk show host, Michael Medved… After the bill passed, he said on air that he knew some moron cartoonist would draw a cartoon of Obama signing the bill with the spirits of Kennedy, FDR, and other presidents who had tried and failed to pass healthcare, smiling down on him, with one giving him an “attaboy!” Hearing this, I was immediately inspired to draw a cartoon that would probably upset Mike just as much – he doesn’t like conservatives calling the prez or his bill a communist or a socialist… but I just couldn’t resist.. so I give you, the bill signing of communist dictators past…
