With all of the attention surrounding Brett Kimberlin, I attended Tuesday’s hearing in his “peace order” vs. Aaron Walker in the District Court of Maryland for Montgomery County. In the end, the judge granted Kimberlin’s peace order, and Walker ended up leaving in handcuffs. (If you want to know why Kimberlin is a story, go here.)
This was the second peace order that Kimberlin has filed against Walker, demanding that Walker cease any contact with Kimberlin. In it, Kimberlin claims that Walker has “continually harassed” him with “alarming posts, tweets, alerts that arrive in my email box, which I consider threats to me personally and to my business.” Kimberlin came to court with pages upon pages of threatening emails and tweets that he claimed had resulted from Walker’s blog posts about him. None of them, though, were sent by Walker.
This last sentence is the key that should have spared Worthing, if it had been clarified and emphasized.
While talking with Kimberlin and his associate Neal Rauhauser, a woman who was a victim’s assistant for Kimberlin came out of the courtroom and said that Walker had been led away in handcuffs.
Apparently Aaron was right about his guess that Neal was accompanying Brett. Continue reading
Aaron Justin Walker Attorney at Law: JAILED
For violating a restraining order and for maliciously attacking Brett Kimberlin.
According to sources inside the courtroom, the Judge in the case ruled against Aaron Justin Walker in a most severe way, telling Mr. Walker that the courts were the rule of law and not Mr. Walker. Further news will be posted as it comes in. For now, Aaron Justin Walker is in the Montgomery County Maryland Jail after being escorted out of the courtroom in handcuffs. The Judge was heard to say as Mr. Walker was being escorted out, “that if this were a criminal case in his courtroom that Mr. Walker would be looking at serious jail time.” Mr. Walker was in total shock as he was escorted out to the jail.
- Judge ruled that case was built upon FALSE NARRATIVE that Aaron Walker created as revenge plot against Mr. Kimberlin.
- Judge ruled that Aaron Walker did in fact ASSAULT Mr. Kimberlin.
- Judge ruled that Medical Records that Mr. Kimberlin had produced at a prior trial were in fact legitimate medical records pertaining to the assault – and not forged documents as Mr. Walker had claimed in a number of articles.
- Judge ruled that Mr. Walker had a clear purpose/motive in inciting people to attack Mr. Kimberlin.
- Video that Aaron Walker used to claim exoneration did not in fact exonerate him of an assault.
More to come as it comes in.
h/t to the inimitable Joe Brooks!
This morning, I attended the hearing over a protective order sought by Brett Kimberlin against Aaron Walker in Rockville, MD. There were only a few people there.Walker, the defendant, if you will–and I apologize for getting any terminology wrong, I don’t have a lot of experience with peace orders, as my thorough pre-adoption criminal background check shows–had to represent himself. Kimberlin had an attorney present, who issued a few objections, nearly inaudible to me.The Judge, and I haven’t confirmed this, but I believe he was former Montgomery County Chief Justice James Vaughan–a guy who retired in ’04, and still takes the odd shift when stuff gets busy or there are vacations. In an earlier matter, Judge Vaughan mentioned he lived in the Caribbean, so pretty sure that’s the guy.
It went bad for Walker pretty quickly. If you’ve followed the matter, and I know not a lot of people have, Walker, who is an attorney, acted in an advisory capacity for another blogger who had dealings with Kimberlin. Kimberlin later accused Walker of assault; those charges were null-processed; Walker wrote about things like you’ll read on Kimberlin’s wikipedia page, as well as his own dealings with Kimberlin.
Judge Vaughan had read up on the matter, knew Kimberlin’s history of felony convictions, but clearly was technically ignorant of even basic facts about what Twitter is, in one instance point saying “He Googled you 500,000 times” through the Tubes or whatever. The Judge had identified himself, earlier, as being “of the Royal Typewriter Generation,” and at another point, when confronted with the voluminous material from both sides, asked “don’t people have jobs, who reads this stuff?”
That said, Judge Vaughan did know a lot about the kind of respect a Judge is owed. He also, again, knew all about Kimberlin, saying “even a prostitute is entitled to protection.” Continue reading
“Our president just agreed to same sex marriage. Now listen, see if you’re in that behavior, you’re freezin up on me. I’m not your enemy. I’m your brother. And I do love you.
So the fornicator can’t look at the lesbian and say I’m better than you. “
Calypso Louie goes on to say that Newsweek is mocking Obama by calling him the first gay president on their cover.
He makes it clear that he is against gay marriage, but doesn’t directly criticize Obama.
This seems like a big problem. In the ongoing Brett Kimberlin war, Aaron lost his hearing today, and there are reports that he was arrested immediately afterward.
This is the peace order people are reporting he violated:
Also today, the “Kimberlin Unmasked” twitter account was suspended right after the news broke about Aaron’s arrest:
As was mentioned in the comments, the Kimberlin Unmasked account was re-instated, and whoever runs the account said they were suspended for “aggressively following” other accounts.
Also, it has been reported that Aaron was not imprisoned for violating the peace order, but for charges that Brett Kimberlin made about the IPad incident, which he timed just right so that Aaron would be arrested soon after this hearing ended.
Reports are that it was a 6.0 scale Earthquake, and 15 have died so far, with about 200 injured.
There has been an ongoing effort by some on the left to shut down conservative opinion on the internet and elsewhere, and one of the nastiest cockroaches leading the charge is Brett Kimberlin. In a previous post, I have linked to, and explained some of the more horrendous acts he’s been involved in. Please take the time to read up on him.
One of the more surprising discoveries about him is that people and institutions on the left have been donating money to his organizations, some knowingly, others not. One such notable name is Barbra Streisand.
Yeah… THAT Barbra Streisand. The one missing an “a”.
Today is “cast a spotlight on the scurrying cockroach that is Brett Kimberlin” day.
If you don’t know who he is, please take a minute to view this video by Lee Stranahan:
But that’s just the start… Patterico details an incredible pattern of domestic terrorism that someone has been employing in order to shut him up, and even have him killed. I know this might be be hard to believe, but please take the time to read his unbelievable article that documents the evidence of Brett Kimberlin’s involvement in a terrifying incident that threatened his life.
Aaron Worthing exposed the harassment he experienced from Kimberlin, and his post is definitely worth reading.
Greg Allmain did a great job of summing up the horrifying history of this waste of humanity, especially that having to do with his relationship with an under-age girl, and how his terrorist bombings might have been committed to coverup the murder of the girl’s grandmother. Read it here. Continue reading
I posted about a week ago about the incident during the NO NATO protests in Chicago about the supposed running over of an occupier by a police van that Occupy Wall Street has been trying to push onto the news media.
Many Occupy larvae have posted in the comments section and linked to my site saying,
“Conservative blogs have used this footage to claim that no one was injured and that supporters of the Occupy Movement have fabricated the incident. The individual being pushed by the van and stepping out of the way on the conservative blogs is not Jack Amico. Other angles show Amico being treated by Occupy medics and transported to an ambulance by Chicago police.
The victim was admitted to Northwestern Memorial Hospital and was treated and released into police custody during the night. According to @OWSBC, Jack Amico” [sic]
The fabrication of the incident was in saying that the van “barreled” through the occupiers, when in fact, it came to a complete stop, giving them an opportunity to get out of the way, which they chose to ignore. These same degenerate maggots cry and whine that ambulances don’t get to them quick enough while they purposely block emergency response vehicles. Capitalism and society is only evil until the entitlement filthy parasites get a hangnail, then they demand full support.
Now do you really think someone can get run over by an entire van and simply be released that night without grievous injury? We’ve seen this kind of absolute brazen lie from the occupiers before, in the case of Cecily McMillan.
John Avalos and his office aides turned to a Ouija board for consultation when attempting to determine if they should vote for or against a nonbinding resolution that would name a Navy vessel after slain gay political leader Harvey Milk.
The vote eventually passed with a 9-2 vote and the resolution urges the Navy to call its newest ship the USS Harvey Milk, a request originally submitted by San Diego Rep. Bob Filner, the ranking Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee.
As one of the first openly gay officeholders in the United States Harvey Milk serves on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors before he was gunned down in 1978 by colleague Dan White.
Before his time in office Harvey Milk served as a naval officer during the Korean War.
Tuesday’s vote came on what would have been Milk’s 82nd birthday. According to supervisor John Avalos in a conversation with the San Francisco Gate:
We “actually put our hands on the Ouija board and the letters g-o-o-d-r-i-d-d-a-n-c-e-d-a-d-t came out. We asked Harvey, and Harvey gave us these letters: ‘Good riddance don’t ask, don’t tell.’ It was quite clear that Harvey Milk would have been opposed to ‘don’t ask, don’t tell.’ I can honestly say that’s one aspect of this resolution that’s really valid.”
With Harvey Milk’s ghostly blessing Avalos and seven other supervisors joined in to support the resolution. Continue reading
Get ready for skyrocketing electricity rates! And YOU voted for it America!
“Under my plan of a cap-and-trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket. Coal-powered plants, you know, natural gas, you name it, whatever the plants were, whatever the industry was, they would have to retrofit their operations. That will cost money. They will pass that money on to consumers.”
The folks at Free Beacon have been doing some great work reporting serious news stories. This one seems mostly for fun…
A major Obama campaign fundraiser wrote, directed, and produced a 2004 film titled “I Want To Strip For My Man But I Don’t Know How … Unleashing the Naughty Girl In You!” that instructs “everyday women” how to strip.
Stacii Jae Johnson, who currently serves as special events director in the office of Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed (D) and has bundled between $50,000 and $100,000 for the Obama reelection campaign, is a former Hollywood actress with extensive connections to the film and television industries.
I thought I would improve on the DVD cover they found of it!
I wonder if Michelle takes advice on how a woman should treat a man from this video?
“I Want To Strip For My Man” also provides useful advice for women on how to boost confidence and keep men interested. “I think we need to put on more skirts,” Johnson says in the film. Women, she advises, should get “away from the jean, and … back into wearing skirts and being dainty and cute.” Continue reading
