Video: Did Joe Biden Let The Cat Out of the Bag on Obama’s Plan to Ban All Deportations?

Joe Biden might have let slip the administration’s plans to stop deportations. While House Republicans have fought against “comprehensive immigration reform” efforts, Democrats have been targeted by illegal alien activists and Obama has been criticized over deportations of illegal aliens.

While giving a commencement speech at Miami-Dade College, Biden was interrupted by a protester yelling “Stop Deportations!” His response could be significant:

While it might be more of Uncle Joe being flippant, some have pointed out that it was under the same circumstances that Obama changed his position about same sex marriage. The Vice President made an admission that he changed his mind during an interview weeks before Obama announced the same.

Could this be the same move on deportations? Only time will tell.

This was five years ago but Maggie Haberman notes that the extreme position of illegal alien activists has taken Democrats by surprise, and the Obama campaign was expected to NOT push the extreme position because it was so unpopular with Americans. Fast forward to 2020, and it’s become mainstream among many Democratic politicians.
