Ferguson Supporters Are Angry At Oprah For Criticizing Lack of Leadership
There’s a lot of Ferguson protest advocates who are angry at Oprah for daring to speak out about the “movement,” despite her supporting their cause.
Oprah's waiting for Ferguson leadership. I'm waiting for her to use a penny of her Black-generated billions to help Black people in the USA.

Of course, Oprah actually does a lot for the black community, but Ferguson protesters just want another handout. Here are her comments:
“I think it’s wonderful to march and to protest and it’s wonderful to see all across the country, people doing it,” she tells PEOPLE exclusively.
But it’s not enough to march, says Winfrey.
“What I’m looking for is some kind of leadership to come out of this to say, ‘This is what we want. This is what has to change, and these are the steps that we need to take to make these changes, and this is what we’re willing to do to get it.’ “
And here are people angry that she has an opinion:
Advice doled out to #Ferguson protesters from those who’ve not done or said anything re: crim just reform. No thanks. http://t.co/5MOsx8z5qi

Ohhhh I see. Oprah is giving sage, but seemingly dismissive advice, as our elders do. http://t.co/JaPmpg7tYx

Re last RT, not sure why I'm surprised but Oprah couldn't be more out of touch with all pertaining to and stemming from #Ferguson.

Oprah is waiting on leaders from Ferguson to arise. And that is astonishing. I'm not mad. Today, I'm hurt.
— ShordeeDooWhop (@Nettaaaaaaaa) January 2, 2015
@Nettaaaaaaaa I'm so mad on your behalf. @Oprah: your comments are dismissive & ignorant. Educate yourself & step up.

Oprah is the Medici to cultural terrorist TYLER PERRY and she has the NERVE to say something about black people in #Ferguson
— Deaux (@dstfelix) January 2, 2015
I could go on and on, @oprah, but I think you get my point. The leadership of this movement isn't on your radar. That's all. And I know why.
— Charles Wade (@akacharleswade) January 2, 2015
See, @Oprah, if you stepped down from the perch that is your charmed and lofty life, and fueled that jet of yours to #Ferguson then…
— Charles Wade (@akacharleswade) January 2, 2015
Is it really that surprising that @Oprah has a hard time seeing #Ferguson leadership from the gilded cage of her colorblind compound?

Open your eyes, @Oprah. The leaders you want to see are already here. #Ferguson

If today was the first you've been disappointed in @Oprah then racism had you confused a long time ago #Ferguson
— Tory Russell (@HotepTNT) January 2, 2015
Oprah there are no leaders in #Ferguson b/c they are sitting on their rich fat asses. (See mirror). #Selma #ICantBreathe @OWN #Publicity
— TruthBeTold (@Big6domino) January 2, 2015
.@Oprah :We've already said what we want, gone to extremes to prove/protect our demands. If you're not with us, you're against us.#Ferguson

Black people don't give a shit about Oprah. #Ferguson

This has to be my favorite – can’t feed your kid? It’s Oprah’s selfish fault!
And if @Oprah said positive things about the #Ferguson movement I still wouldn't be able to feed my son and community with comments
— Tory Russell (@HotepTNT) January 2, 2015
But I think this is the real reason Oprah is so tone-deaf:
@akacharleswade @VictorianPrude @Oprah She is a Bilderberg'er and an member of the truly wealthy. Forget about her. She is not on your side.

Damn you IlluminOprah!!! Y’know I can respect some for saying she just doesn’t know what she’s talking about but the ones demanding she give them money are laughably opportunistic. They must be learning from Al Sharpton that if you lead an angry mob, you can extort money out of frightened rich people.
