NYPD Hammer Attacker Had Twitter Account in 2013 Just For Stalking Miley Cyrus
OK so I’m pretty sure this is the same guy that was just shot in the head for attacking a female police officer in New York City today – same name (David Baril), and his picture in the account matches the ones from the atack. Apparently he opened up a Twitter account in 2013… just to stalk Miley Cyrus.
