NYPD Releases INSANE Footage of Hammer Attack on NYPD Officer

Is the intended victim a female police officer? UPDATE: Yes it was. How horrifying. Apparently they approached this guy and he “whipped around” and started striking her with the CLAW END of a hammer. I hope she’s ok. She gets up immediately after her fellow officer shoots down the dog.
