The Hashtag #BowWowChallenge Is A Black Twitter Masterpiece

Politics is pretty divisive and kinda crappy right now. So here’s something that really made me laugh this week. It’s a little ghetto, though, so… if you have tender sensibilities, beware.

Black Twitter can be a curse, mostly on political topics, but when it gets to making jokes, wow. It’s hilarious. Witness one of their best Twitter masterpieces so far – the hashtag “Bow Wow Challenge.”

So the joke here is that Bow Wow, a rapper, was caught lying by social media sleuths about taking a private jet. He was actually on a commercial flight the same time he was supposedly glamorously jet-setting.

So black twitter went nuts with some of the most hilarious examples of the “Bow Wow Challenge” – taking deceptive photos of something ghetto in order to make it appear glamorous and pimp.

Genius.
