Fox News cancels Lou Dobbs show after $2.7 billion lawsuit over election fraud conspiracy theory

Oh no who could have seen this coming? Lou Dobbs got fired from Fox News Business, despite being the channel’s TOP RATINGS giant, after they got slapped with a $2.7 BILLION dollar lawsuit over his claims about Smartmatic stealing the election from Trump!

So Dobbs spent last night accusing Fox News of unfairly firing him and retweeting people who think he is amazing:

Yah, truth, or maybe a stupid lie that will cost Fox billions maybe?

Now, to be fair, Fox News implies that they were planning this all along, and it’s just a yuge coincidence that he was was fired right after a $2.7 BILLION lawsuit:

“As we said in October, Fox News Media regularly considers programming changes and plans have been in place to launch new formats as appropriate post-election, including on Fox Business,” the representative said in a statement. “This is part of those planned changes. A new 5 p.m. program will be announced in the near future.”

No no, of course it’s because Lou Dobbs is a TROOF-teller, it’s definitely not because he made completely unsubstantiated and idiotic claims against Smartmatic in order to shovel BS to his gullible audience. That can’t be it. It’s the troof, that’s why.
