Egg Attack Could Get Justin Bieber Jailtime, And Even DEPORTATION Back To Canada!

As a legal American citizen of Mexican descent, nothing pleases me more than to think that Justin Bieber might be deported back to Canuckistan for the heinous crime of throwing eggs at his neighbor’s house.

That’s what a legal analyst from Fox News says could be in store for the petulant, pint-sized tween star:

“California does not take vandalism lightly. If the damage is $400 or more, the person can be charged with a felony and the person can face anywhere between one to three years in jail, in addition to having to pay fines and penalties,” L.A.-based lawyer Anahita Sedaghatfar told FOX411.

Wait a minute, the little brat didn’t get his U.S. citizenship?

And belieb it or not, Selena Gomez’s on-again-off-again beau isn’t a U.S. citizen, so it turns out he could be forced back to his chilly homeland, worst-case scenario.

What?! Throw out the little illegal alien!

In June 2013, a rep for the Biebs told GossipCop he had no plans to change his citizenship status, but that decision could impact him negatively now.

Why didn’t GossipCop arrest him that moment? Am I the only one who cares about the rules around here?!

Don’t fret too much, beliebers. The Fox lawyers say it’s very unlikely the Beebster is gonna get the slammer, or get deported. His friend on the other hand, might still be in trouble. While investigating the egg attack, police searching Bieber’s house found illegal drugs “in plain view” (apparently they were too busy hiding the eggs from the cops?), and took his accomplice, Lil Za, into custody.

What the hell, deport him too!!
