Someone shot at cops with a high powered rifle in San Diego. Apparently the police were called to a domestic dispute and they were fired upon as soon as they arrived. The suspect has barricaded himself inside an apartment. A police spokesman says the man fired at the police and came “within inches” of hitting them.
