The Employer Mandate hits 2015. But those cancelations have to go out months in advanced as well. So the Employer Mandate is a 2014 October Surprise of Obama’s own making. So don’t tell Democrats.

  • Thanks for the info!

I’m not trying to be cute or anything, but that’s what I have come to understand over the last week or two. Not everyone has fully realize this yet, including the Obama Administration. They keep playing up the fact that this is just the people on the individual market who are getting cancelations/sticker shock and the people who have employer insurance are not being effective. I chuckle to myself knowing full well that the cancelations/sticker shock of the employer mandate is just 10 and a half months away.
