You just KNOW that when someone opens a question with “I don’t like to be ethnic with people, but…” it’s probably gonna be followed up by something at least mildly racist. Chris Matthews didn’t let us down when he did just that in order to take a swipe at Senator Ted Cruz and Tea Party favorite.

Of course, if it were a conservative on Fox News who had said that, forget it, he’d have been fired and tarred and feathered by now. In fact, there are many millions of Hispanics in America who are not immigrants, including Ted Cruz.
That doesn’t even take into account that he says Ted Cruz is “making a name for himself” on immigration, after the liberal news media sphere had a conniption fit over his filibuster on Obamacare. Ted Cruz has “made a name for himself” by being true to the Constitution and fearless about striking at the Democrats and spineless RINO Republicans.
But don’t let that get in your way of being a racist moron, Chris Matthews.
