This is one of the funniest twitter foul ups since Anthony Weiner:

Here’s a better pic:
All right. Everyone else is posting it. So, here ya go – the inappropriate photo linked in @GovernorMarkell tweet. pic.twitter.com/9twLAMRobo

His office eventually deleted and tried to explain how it happened:
An inappropriate photo was inadvertantly sent out earlier. We are looking into how this occurred but apologize to anyone who was offended.

.@GovernorMarkell's office apologizing for tweet w/ scantily clad woman: "We just wish the accidental link had been a cat video." #NetDE

Well ok then.
UPDATE:
The woman is an Estonian model and is very angry anyone is calling her a dominatrix:
Regarding an image tweeted of me today, it was a harmless selfie/candid from a photoshoot years ago. I believe it was an honest accident.

For the record, I am not now nor have I ever been a dominatrix. I've also never had any personal involvement with any politicians.

I've been happily engaged for years. I have INFINITELY superior taste in men & am offended anyone would associate me with this individual.
