Black Twitter is NOT Happy The Baltimore Mayor Called Rioters ‘Thugs’!
As a response to the rampant looting and violence tonight in Baltimore, the Mayor, who is a black woman, called them “thugs,” which seems pretty accurate. Well Blacks on Twitter are NOT happy about it:
