Incredible: John Kerry Tells CNN Says America is NOT at War With ISIS
Just to be as unclear as possible, John Kerry spoke to a CNN reporter today after Obama’s ISIS speech and said we’re not actually at war with ISIS.

Actually, Obama had let his lapdogs in the media know in advance of his speech that was going to be his policy:
