Ann Coulter is one of America’s most fearless conservatives, so it’s not surprising that she would execute the best takedown of the “hashtag activism” that has gripped America in the wake of the horrific kidnapping of Nigerian girls by Islamist extremists Boko Haram:

Granted it’s not as intellectually arresting as George Will’s assessment of the relative merits of hashtag activism, but it’s pretty hilarious and make a great point about what individual Americans actually can do to make the world better. Hashtags won’t persuade a sadistic evil Jihadist, but showing support for a return to the principles that made America great is an individual effort.
