Unbelievable: MSNBC’s Touré Says Family Survived Holocaust Because of White Privilege
MSNBC continues its embarrassing streak of contributors saying ridiculous stupid stuff, with Touré proudly carrying the torch by this unbelievable Twitter post:
The power of whiteness: RT @hope_and_chains: My family survived a concentration camp, came to the US w/ nothing, LEGALLY, and made it work.
— Touré (@Toure) May 23, 2014
Despite the protestations of many outraged people on Twitter, he hasn’t deleted the incredibly ignorant post, and hasn’t apologized. You have to be pretty despicable to try to impose the white privilege narrative on victims of the holocaust, but that seems to be the only kind of people MSNBC hires these days.
